According to a recent report from eMarketer, US digital video ad spending will grow by more than 40 percent this year to $4.14 billion and will nearly double to $8.04 billion by 2018.
That’s because an increasing number of marketers are discovering how effective online videos are. And Business News Daily reports that 75 percent of ad agency executives say that online video ads are equally or more effective than traditional TV ads (compared to 17 percent who say they’re less effective).
