Given the increasing demand from our prospects and clients for comprehensive advertising and marketing campaign support, we’re growing our team… quickly!


We are looking to add more closers to the team.

  • Drive new business and revenue
  • Evaluate prospects wants, needs, frustrations, and goals through meaningful conversations
  • Diagnose the constraints in their business and determine the best solution we can provide to achieve their desired goals
  • Convert the prospects into clients
  • Follow up and continue to nurture those prospects that didn’t close
  • Maintain a close rate of 25% or higher. 
  • Nurture and follow-up with leads.
  • Meet monthly new business revenue goals and incentives.
  • Daily execution of tasks via CRM (follow up), team meetings, onboarding new clients and handing off to Client Success Team, effectively managing, tracking, and nurturing pipeline of leads.
  • Each day you will be conducting sales calls/zoom meetings with prospects, following up with leads in the pipe, nurturing interested leads and re-engaging past leads.
  • Sales team meetings and 1o1 huddles to review wins, projections, challenges, processes, call reviews.

  • You have a strong internal drive. You sell what you believe in and know that what you are selling brings incredible value and you are persistent in prospects taking advantage of it.

  • Have less than 2 years sales experience.
  • Don’t have any digital marketing, marketing, or business acumen.
  • Want something easy and only want to dedicate a small amount of time.
  • Aren’t motivated or driven.
  • Have not actually done what’s listed above.

  • 2 years or more of proven high sales performance
  • Experience selling mid-high ticket business services ($2500 – $50,000+)
  • CRM & sales process experience (GoHighLevel is a plus!)
  • Experience selling to high-level executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, thought leaders
  • 1-2 Call Close track record vs long sales cycle
  • Have sold $1M + in products and services
  • While you will be working remotely and can create your own schedule. You will be expected to have enough calendar space to welcome approximately 20-25 calls per week and should be treated as a full-time position.
  • You will be expected to have all sales related tasks completed on the day they are due. (Ex. EOD reports, updated projections and tracking)
  • You will be expected to respond and communicate via Slack for at least the hours of 8:00 – 5:00 PST
  • A two week lead time for any time off will be mandatory.
