Today’s episode is my response to the current COVID-19 crisis that we’re all going through right now. It also marks the start of a new season of Backstage Business, where I think it’s important to share my thoughts on this situation and what I’m doing to get through the uncertainty.

Instead of getting caught up in the doom and gloom or losing ourselves in the news and all the what-ifs, I’m here to challenge you to rise to the occasion. Many of us are in different places—some businesses are running in overdrive and others are completely shut down—so I will be addressing what you can do in either situation. There are always things you can do, no matter what stage your business is in, so tune in and hear what you can do to thrive in a time of crisis.

In this episode, I cover topics such as:

  • What I’m doing in my life and business to stay safe and move forward with purpose.
  • How to stay positive amidst the doom and gloom going around.
  • The various challenges businesses are facing and how to navigate them.
  • Five things you can do to thrive in a time of crisis.
  • How to make sure your business comes out stronger from this.
